About Milan Laser Hair Removal

At Milan Laser Hair Removal, we're not just transforming skin—we're transforming confidence. As the nation's largest laser hair removal provider, we're built on a culture of excellence, innovation, and delivering a world-class experience for both our clients and our team.

We're looking for a Senior Director of Marketing Operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings clarity to complexity, and knows how to turn strategy into execution. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, leading cross-functional initiatives, and helping teams work smarter together. If you're energized by bringing structure to ambitious goals, aligning stakeholders, and driving results across a growing organization, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

The Senior Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for building and leading the operational foundation of Milan's Marketing organization. Partnering closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and senior leadership team, you'll create the operating rhythms, planning processes, and cross-functional alignment that move marketing strategy into execution with clarity and accountability.

At the center of this role is orchestrating a complex, full-channel marketing ecosystem producing 200+ assets each month. You’ll build the integrated roadmap, master calendar, and work-back plans that connect campaigns, launches, creative work, and major initiatives—sequencing dependencies and keeping execution on track as priorities shift.

What You’ll Do

  • Program & Launch Orchestration
    • Lead planning across campaigns, product and experience launches, brand and creative work, and major cross-functional initiatives
    • Build and manage a single integrated roadmap, master calendar, and detailed work-back plans across a full-channel ecosystem producing 200+ assets per month
    • Sequence priorities, milestones, dependencies, and approvals to keep teams aligned and launches on track
  • Marketing Operations & Strategic Planning
    • Build the operating model, planning rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and governance that connect strategy to execution
    • Continuously improve how Marketing plans, communicates, and executes work
  • Executive Partnership & Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner closely with the CMO to translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution
    • Align stakeholders, clarify decisions, and drive accountability across complex initiatives
    • Lead marketing leadership planning, meetings, off-sites, and follow-through
  • Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
    • Build, lead, and develop the Marketing Operations team
    • Partner with Finance and FP&A on budgets, forecasting, and investment governance
  • Performance & Executive Readiness
    • Partner with Analytics and marketing leaders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
    • Develop executive presentations, growth updates, and strategic recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, program management, business operations, or related leadership roles
  • Someone who resides in, or is able to immediately relocate, to Omaha, NE
  • Multi-unit B2C experience highly preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-volume marketing portfolios across multiple channels and concurrent workstreams
  • Demonstrated success building integrated roadmaps, work-back plans, launch processes, and scalable operating systems
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability
  • Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational detail
  • Experience with platforms such as Asana or Jira preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

What Sets You Apart

  • You turn complex, interconnected initiatives into clear, executable plans
  • You naturally think in milestones, dependencies, sequencing, ownership, and risk
  • You can manage hundreds of moving deliverables without losing sight of the broader strategy
  • You bring structure and accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
  • You anticipate execution risks and solve problems before they impact launches

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Help shape the future of one of the nation's fastest-growing healthcare brands
  • Partner directly with executive leadership on high-impact business initiatives
  • Lead transformational projects that influence marketing across 400+ clinic locations
  • Build and grow a high-performing team while creating lasting operational improvements
  • Join a collaborative culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
