We’re looking for a Facilities Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about creating safe, seamless, and high-performing clinic environments across our growing footprint.

About the Role

The Facilities Specialist plays a key role in keeping our clinics running at their best. You’ll oversee day-to-day facility operations, partner with vendors, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our spaces are safe, functional, and consistently deliver a best-in-class experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.

Location: Omaha, NE - Corporate Office (On-Site)

What You’ll Do

  • Own facility operations: Coordinate and manage maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems to minimize disruption to clinic operations
  • Lead vendor partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring quality, accountability, and cost-effective service delivery
  • Manage work orders & maintenance: Prioritize and track requests, while proactively identifying trends and preventing recurring issues
  • Support growth & innovation: Partner with Operations and Store Planning on new clinic openings, remodels, and refresh projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Build strong relationships with internal teams to align priorities and deliver exceptional service
  • Respond to the unexpected: Quickly assess and resolve urgent facility issues with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, facilities management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with facility management systems or work order platforms (preferred)
  • Exposure to commercial construction, renovations, or interior buildouts (preferred)
  • Design experience (preferred)
