Position Summary:

The Client Resolution Specialist manages high-volume escalations including refund requests, lender disputes, and negative reviews. This role delivers empathetic, solution-focused service to resolve complex concerns, retain clients, and recover sales—while protecting the Milan experience in every interaction.

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)
Compensation: $25/hr
Status: Full-time | Hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, rotating Saturdays

What You’ll Do

  • Client Experience & Results - Deliver exceptional service via phone, text, and email. Use strong communication and de-escalation skills to resolve concerns, retain clients, and drive sales recovery.
  • Operational Excellence - Follow SOPs and best practices to ensure consistency. Track cases, coordinate with field leaders, and manage scheduling across clinics.
  • Productivity - Meet or exceed productivity and refund goals while prioritizing collection efforts and maintaining quality.
  • Growth & Innovation - Support new initiatives and testing with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. Share client insights to improve processes and results.
  • Professional Development - Seek feedback, analyze performance, and collaborate with your team to continuously grow.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (post-secondary preferred)
  • 3+ years in conflict resolution within a sales or customer service environment
  • Strong judgment, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
  • Proven success meeting KPIs
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Self-starter with a team-first mindset
  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM
  • Call center, sales, or retail experience preferred
