Position Summary:

Deliver an exceptional client experience through responsive verbal and written communication. Handle a high volume of inbound calls from current clients, assisting with their appointments and account-related needs. In addition, has the strong ability to multi-task by also handling incoming emails, chats, and assists incoming phone leads with the primary goal to book them a consultation for over 400 clinics across the country. Execute client support processes to ensure satisfaction and retention. Uphold operational standards to ensure accuracy, productivity, and a customer-centric experience. 

Compensation: $17.00/hr + shift differential (extra $1.50/hr for bilingual)
Location: Omaha, Nebraska, In-Person
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Shifts range from 7:00am-10:00pm, Day and Evening Shifts available, must be available 1 weekend day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Communication & Support: Respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries from existing clients. Deliver exceptional service using empathy, personal connection, and clear communication. Prioritize resolving client needs before ending interactions. Maintain strong relationships with clinic teams and internal departments. Answer questions for inbound phone leads with confidence and strong drive to book consultations.
  • Operational Excellence: Follow Dynamic Scripting and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality interactions. Respond promptly to all client inquiries. Schedule appointments for all clinic locations and maintain accurate documentation. Follow up with clients to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Performance & Productivity: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly task and productivity expectations. Balance speed and quality while managing a high volume of client interactions. Prioritize workload to ensure timely and effective client support.
  • Growth & Innovation: Embrace new initiatives and business tests with a positive attitude. Collaborate with leadership to implement division and organizational pilots. Provide feedback on trends, client concerns, and process enhancements to support continuous improvement.
  • Professional Development: Seek feedback and apply coaching from peers and leaders. Analyze performance data and participate in one-on-one meetings to review successes and growth areas. Foster teamwork and professional growth through active participation in development opportunities.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives 

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet all the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-focused business required
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Ability to multi-task by managing live phone, chat, and emails at once required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively required
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information required
  • Passion for the aesthetics industry required
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute required
