Summary
Athens Hair Transplants is a new business vertical for Milan Laser, which performs an advanced procedure to give men their hair back. For many patients, this is a life-changing opportunity. As the Sales Manager, you will meet one-on-one with patients and help them plan amazing hair transplant procedures. In partnership with corporate, you will manage the day-to-day operations of this new store to meet monthly sales goals. All leads come from a strong corporate lead generation process.

Earning Potential: Base Pay Rate of $60,000 plus uncapped 3% commission

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Location: Minneapolis (Edina), MN

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients, while educating clients on hair restoration
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding treatments
  • Accountable for achieving key performance metrics
  • Mentor a team of clinic employees
  • Empowering team members to collectively deliver world-class service that exceeds client expectations at every touchpoint
  • Take ownership of overall store success
  • Manage all employee work schedules
  • Develop a culture of world class customer service
  • Discretion with confidential information is a must
  • Utilize various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and tracking sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commission driven environment driving world class experiences for every client required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams required
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities required
  • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations required
  • Ability to mentor a team of employees to peak performance required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal required
  • Strong active listening skills required
