Use structured interviewing techniques to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies. Coach hiring managers on effective interview practices. Coordinate executive-level interviews with precision scheduling, stakeholder readiness, and candidate engagement.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent mapping). Build and maintain passive candidate pipelines aligned to future organizational design.  Promote Milan’s employer brand with personalized, culture-driven outreach.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce strategies. Co-create performance-based job profiles with clear outcomes. Act as the main contact for high-level candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Drive consistency, compliance, and equity in the hiring process. Provide data-driven insights on pipeline health and hiring velocity. Contribute to ongoing improvements of TA playbooks, toolkits, and guides. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Onboarding & Experience Management: Coordinate onboarding for new leaders to ensure effective assimilation. Champion candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Collect and use post-hire feedback to improve recruitment processes.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of five years experience in corporate recruiting to include a proven success managing full-cycle recruitment and enhancing the candidate and employee experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels required
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with a focus on delivering outstanding results required
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills required
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms required
  • Experience using survey or engagement platforms preferred

What We Offer:

  • Unlimited PTO – Work with your manager to take time as needed.
  • 7 paid holidays (company-wide closures).
  • Monthly cellphone stipend.
  • 401(k) with a 4% employer match (vested after 90 days).
  • Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding organization.
  • Free laser hair removal services for employees and their spouse/legal partner.
  • A high-energy, team-oriented culture that values collaboration, performance, and innovation.
