Position Summary:

With continued growth comes new opportunities. Due to that expansion, we are looking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to join our rapidly growing team. The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to the line by embedding corporate HR strategy  into day-to-day work and providing HR insight, talent strategies, guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business.

Status: Full-time, Exempt
Location: Omaha, NE

Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Review KPIs month to month & ensure seamless delivery of Performance Improvement Plans to respective leaders immediately following the meeting. 
  • Assist with the rollout and implementation of the annual performance review process 
  • Guide & advise leaders on off cycle KPI/Performance related requests 
  • Provide coaching to VPs on how to conduct effective performance reviews, provide guidance and thought partnership on messaging that motivates employees, improves performance, and aligns with the organization's goals.
  • Partner with Employee Relations on complex issues that may be both KPI, performance based & behavior based areas.  

Talent Management Support: 

  • Attend and contribute to recommendations during the utilization & staffing meetings
  • Attend and partner with TA on themes and trends identified from VPs related to staffing needs
  • May be involved in developing employer branding strategies to make the company a more attractive place to work.
  • Partner with VPs during Career Conversation & Talent Calibration sessions 
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on communications to leaders (ex. RSM follow up messaging; outline audience, cadence and bullet points of messaging) 

Employee Engagement:

  • Lead the charge in partnering with VPs to ensure they are aware of any survey design changes & overall implementation plans & process
  • Analyze results, and identify themes and areas needing improvement.
  • Partner with VPs to develop initiatives & action plans based on areas of focus identified from the employee engagement survey. 

Reporting, Data Analysis & Other Projects: 

  • Share turnover data, identify reasons why employees leave by VP and recommend solutions based on this information, develop & recommend strategies to address the areas of concern. 
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on communications to leaders (ex. Project specific, comp philosophy changes, follow up messaging; outline audience, cadence and bullet points of messaging)
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret key HR metrics, including turnover, talent acquisition (time-to-fill, compensation adjustments), clinic closures, leave of absence (LOA), incident reporting, hiring trends, and disciplinary actions

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and 4 years of human resource experience; or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
  • Advanced experience in building presentations in PowerPoint and/or GoogleSlides
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong experience leading projects and cross-collaborating within the various HR functions and/or interdepartmentally
