Position Summary:
The HR Shared Services Manager will lead and optimize HR functions, including the HR Generalist and onboarding teams. Ensures the seamless execution of HR operations, enhances system efficiencies, and drives initiatives that align with business objectives. Develop and implement process improvements, leverage HR technology to streamline workflows, and ensure a consistent and effective HR service model. Partnering closely with key stakeholders, play a critical part in optimizing HR systems and services to support organizational growth and employee experience.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and provide strategic direction to the HR Generalist and Onboarding teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop, mentor, and coach team members to build a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused HR function. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within HR operations.
- HR Operations & Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, data management, and compliance. Drive consistency in HR service delivery by standardizing processes and ensuring effective change management of new initiatives.
- HRIS Optimization: Work with the HRIS Administrator to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and functionality of the HRIS to enhance service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Onboarding & Employee Experience: Oversee the onboarding function to create a seamless, engaging, and efficient experience for new hires. Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance employee engagement, compliance, and retention. Ensure alignment between onboarding, HR systems, and HR Generalist team.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resources operations, compliance and HR systems to include a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity over these functions required
- Strong understanding of HR systems, data management, and process automation to drive efficiencies required
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute HR projects that enhance business results and operational effectiveness required
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills required
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making required
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and leadership levels required
