Position Summary:

Milan Laser Hair Removal is looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is ready for a new adventure and wants to join our ambitious team of Medical Management Specialists! The ideal candidate is able to work independently, is team-oriented, and has exceptional clinical, patient care, and customer services skills.

The Nurse Practitioner will be part of a team responsible for communicating with patients who experience reactions following laser hair removal treatments.

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Alternating shifts covering 7am-10:30pm M-F, 8am-10:30pm Sat, 2:30pm-6:30pm Sun. Further discussion upon interview.

Work from home opportunities are available for some shifts. Schedule/shift hours are subject to change.

Location: Omaha, Nebraska - Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Corporate office. Residence within the greater Omaha metropolitan area is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Clinic Providers, Medical Directors, and other Nurse Practitioners regarding patient treatment plans

  • Assess treatment response and determine the next steps for follow-up clinic treatments

  • Virtual patient care provided via phone and at times, video conferencing

  • Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations

  • Monitor and analyze treatment data metrics

  • Provide excellent patient care by delivering world class customer service

  • Record clear and accurate medical documentation in the patient’s electronic medical record

  • Coordinate with the Milan licensing team to obtain and maintain multiple state licenses

  • Other duties as assigned

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Graduate of Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) program

  • Active ANCC or AANP national certification in family medicine specialty

  • Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) License, valid compact multi-state license, or a temporary permit while awaiting licensure

  • Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure required

  • Possess phenomenal customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care

  • Strong teamwork mentality

  • Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information

  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently

  • EMR experience (preferred)
