Position Summary:
The Benefits Manager & Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the strategic administration and operational leadership of Milan’s employee benefits programs. This role manages the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of health, welfare, and retirement benefits for a multi-site workforce of approximately 2,000 employees. The Benefits Manager partners with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery, cost-effective program management, and a positive employee experience.
This position leads key initiatives including annual open enrollment, vendor performance management, and benefits-related system optimization in partnership with HRIS and payroll teams. The Benefits Manager also identifies opportunities to enhance benefits programs through data analysis, market benchmarking, and industry best practices.
The role provides leadership to a Senior Total Rewards Analyst responsible for benefits and open enrollment execution, compensation intake and analysis and ensuring strong operational coordination across total rewards programs while partnering closely with HR leadership on broader total rewards initiatives.
