As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Your Ability to Make a Difference:
- Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
- Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
- Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
- Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
- Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
- Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
- Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
- Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
- Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
- Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
- Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is required
- For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is required
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
