Position Summary:

Milan Laser is looking for a highly skilled resolution and escalation professional with Call Center experience to join our Client Resolution team. Our Client Resolution Specialists work with clients who are requesting refunds on their purchased laser hair removal packages. They act with urgency and a passion to help clients continue their hair free journey. In addition to working directly with clients, they work closely with Milan Clinic Managers and financial companies who provide payment options to our clients.

The ideal candidate has excellent client resolution experience and is able to listen and analyze the root cause and concerns of our clients. This is quickly followed by identifying the appropriate solutions. They thrive on getting refund requests saved because this contributes to happier clients and success of Milan. Location: Omaha, NE - onsite, not remote

Pay: $25/hr

Hours: Monday- Friday 10am-6pm

Status: Full-Time

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolve client service problems by clarifying the issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Promptly responding to incoming phone calls, email inquiries from clients
  • Building relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
  • Effectively maintain contact and follow up with clients on issue resolution
  • Communicating regularly with field managers regarding potential and existing client sales & scheduling, as-needed
  • Additional project-based responsibilities

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet all the following requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Previous experience with conflict resolution in a customer service, sales-driven role
  • Competitive and have the fire to save sales
  • Takes ownership and pride in driving the financial health of Milan through saving sales
  • Proficient conflict management, resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Proven success in achieving KPIs for a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently while displaying a strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Display a passion for the aesthetics industry
  • Be able to accurately type at least 60 wpm
  • Be able to sit for up to 8 hours a day
