Summary:

As the Director of Real Estate and Leasing, you will partner with the leadership team to develop a strategic plan to support Milan’s fast paced growth. You will have ultimate responsibility for the complete oversight for the Real Estate and Leasing divisions. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organized person to join a rapidly growing, innovative company. You will work with business leaders to execute on short- and long-term strategies, work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure the business needs are being achieved and effectively manage the real estate and leasing teams.
