Job Summary:

Milan Laser is looking for a strong web developer who has a background in frontend development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as extensive experience with React.js. As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing across all devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.

  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using TypeScript.

  • Build high-fidelity landing pages from Figma designs, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Optimize application performance and user experience.

  • Implement data storage solutions using NoSQL or SQL databases.

  • Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure code quality.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Utilize FullStory to analyze user behavior and optimize the user experience.

  • Manage code versioning using Git and GitHub.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in web development.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.

  • Strong proficiency in React, React Hooks, Next.js, and Node.js

  • Experience with NoSQL or SQL databases, authentication mechanisms, and serverless functions.

  • Experience with TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development and improved code maintainability.

  • Experience with unit testing tools such as PlayWright, Jest, Cypress.

  • Solid understanding of Git and Github for version control and collaborative development workflows.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

  • Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
